My name is Catherine St. George and I'm a Board Certified Hypnotherapist and with over 900 academic hours. I'm a graduate from HMI, the first nationally accredited school in the USA for Hypnotherapy, founded in 1968 by Dr. John Kappas. 

 

I've dedicated my life to helping people change their lives. I'm committed to helping people in their process of personal growth, transformation, and healing. I carefully pace my clients to the success they deserve to achieve for extraordinary life lasting results. My complete focus and care for my clients is what makes and gives me the inspiration to do this work that I love everyday.

 

My Hypnotherapy practice includes groups and private clients. I've worked with clients of all ages and I've successfully assisted my clients with reducing anxiety, stress, eliminating fear, phobia, decreasing emotional and physical pain, smoking cessation, improving confidence, self-steem, motivation, performance, health, happiness and achieving success.
